The expanded product portfolio, including Retort sauce (Pasta sauce, rice cooking sauce), pasta noodles, pre-mixed powder and frozen pasta, reflects a deep localization strategy aligned with the brand’s philosophy: “Wellness by nutrition from Nature.” Every product is designed to achieve harmony between taste, convenience, safety, and health.

DETAILS OF NEW PRODUCTS
1. Pasta; The quick-boiling pasta that has been selling extremely well in Japan is finally available in Vietnam!
Since launching our pasta brand in 1955, we have created a culture of eating pasta in Japanese homes. Utilizing the techniques we have cultivated over many years of making pasta, we are releasing a quick boiling pasta that is popular in Japan, with the hope that more people in Vietnam will enjoy eating pasta at home.
Based on the results of our consumer surveys to date, we found that Vietnamese consumers tend to prefer a slightly tender texture. For this reason, in addition to the standard cooking time of “3 minutes” to enjoy the authentic “al dente” texture, we have also written “6 minutes” on the bottom right of the package so that customers can enjoy it according to their preference.
Quick boiling pasta thickness 1,6 mm
With our original manufacturing technology, this spaghetti, which is made from 100% durum semolina, cooks to perfectly “al dente” in just 3 minutes. Paired with your favorite sauce, your meal will be ready and delicious in no time. You’ll never go back to regular spaghetti! With a zipper and bundled type which is convenient for storage and usage. 2. Frozen Pasta; Easy cooking, just heat it up by microwave with tray, enjoy chewy texture!
We will be releasing frozen pasta in Vietnam, utilizing the frozen pasta technology we have cultivated over many years in Japan. The pasta is freshly boiled and placed in a tray, then sauce is poured over it and it’s frozen rapidly, so you can enjoy chewy fresh pasta simply by heating the tray in the microwave. This time, we have launched a new brand called “Nảy Nảy,” which means “chewy and bouncy texture” in Vietnamese. Our fresh pasta, made using our unique blend and original methods, is characterized by a chewy texture that truly bounces in your mouth with every bite.

3. Rice cooking sauce; Redesigned to feature Doraemon, a popular anime in Vietnam!
With just a simple cooking method of it with rice, you can make delicious mixed rice. A new flavor will be added to the current products, “Sweet potato and corn” and “Pork and mushroom” flavors released last year. In addition, the package design features the popular animation character “Doraemon” which is also very popular in Vietnam, and is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, from children to adults. *The real product may vary.

4. Premix
In Japan, the market size for home-use Tempura powder and Chicken frying powder, so called Karaage is approximately VND 1.7 trillion (exchange rate: 1 JPY = 175 VND), and the enjoyment of cooking authentic tempura and Karaage at home has become widespread. We are releasing premixes that allow you to easily make “Tempura” and “Karaage” traditional Japanese cuisine that are also popular in Vietnam, at home. We have created a carefully selected lineup that includes an original tempura and karaage powder, both of which are popular in Japan, as well as products supervised by famous restaurants. This is the chicken frying powder supervised by a Karaage specialty store in Usa-City, Oita Prefecture in Japan, which is well known as the birthplace of Karaage specialty stores. It has a fragrant aroma of soy sauce and garlic, with a subtle touch of black pepper. The crispy outside keeps the meat juicy even when cooled.

This popular pancake mix, also popular in Japan, will be released in a new branded package called "Nảy Nảy," which means "chewy and bouncy." Enjoy the unique chewy and moist texture thanks to our unique flour blend.
We will also be renewing the packaging of the 1kg premix that was released last year. Utilizing our knowledge gained through our commercial premix business in Vietnam, this is a premix product that is unique to our company, with a focus on quality in terms of finish and texture.

5. Pasta Sauce; 1 serving, No need to be heated, just pour onto boiled pasta!!
This pasta sauce is for 1 serving (80g). It doesn’t need to be heated; just mix it with boiled pasta for easy handling. The packaging has a hook hole so it can be hung from the shelf.
