Seafood with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

1 pouch of sauce (220g)
350g fish (basa, red tilapia, etc.)
A pinch of pepper, crispy frying flour, cooking oil.

Method

Clean the fish, cut into chunks or fillets, and marinate with pepper.
Mix the frying flour with water and dip the fish into the batter. Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pan, then fry the fish until golden and crispy. Transfer the fish to another pan, pour in the sauce, and toss well over medium heat. Turn off the heat.
Place the fish on a plate and enjoy. Serve with vegetables as desired.
